Job Description:
Canadian Helicopters has been a leader in the helicopter services market for over six decades; known for providing the highest levels of customer support. Canadian Helicopters supports the North Warning System through a multi-year contract, operating Bell 212 and Sikorsky 61 aircrafts. We currently have an exciting opportunity for pilots looking to better their career, as we are hiring a Captain for the B212.


  • Act as a Captain as per Company operation standards;
  • Any other responsibility related to the position.

Job Requirements:

  • A Valid ATPL (H) License;
  • 3000 hours rotary wing flight time (500 hours PIC multi-engine) and endorsement on B212;
  • Transport Canada Group IV Instrument rating;
  • 2 years’ experience in Instrument Flight Operations.
  • Valid PPC to Pilot-in-Command standards on type.
  • Valid Group 4 Instrument Rating.
  • Unrestricted Night Rating.
  • Arctic experience - would be considered an asset;
  • The ideal candidate would have a B412 endorsement.

Other requirements:

  • Be customer focused and a team player;
  • Have good communication skills and a positive attitude;
  • Accept assignments at different locations, as required.

Location: NWS zones

Schedule: Equal rotation based on 4 weeks cycle.
