Overview

As our qualified instructors move into other industry segments, we need more top-tier CFI’s to join our mission in developing the industry’s safest and most capable new pilots. Applicants must be driven individuals that are dedicated to providing the highest level of ground and flight training, while working to improve Utah State University aviation program.

Responsibilities

Instructors can expect to contribute to operations outside of instruction, including but not limited to: training program development, fleet upkeep, new student recruitment, safety management. Only applicants who show strong risk management skills will be considered.

Qualifications

  • CFI Helicopter
  • 200 hours in helicopters
  • 50 hours in R22
  • 25 hours in R44
  • SFAR sign-off to instruct in both the R22 & R44.
  • Robinson Safety Course
