Job Description:
Directly responsible for all operations pertaining to the safe efficient conduct of the flight from initial dispatch until termination of the flight.

Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) activities to include supporting and promoting the safety culture, reporting all aviation safety-related issues, and adhering to the processes related to accomplishing SMS goals.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

  • S92 Type Rated
  • Must have 500 hours Maritime SAR experience in same or similar aircraft complexity
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot Helicopter (ATP) Certificate, or Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter, Instrument Helicopter
  • One year offshore SAR/HAA operational experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 3000 hours total time (1000 Hours PIC)
  • Must have 500 hours multi engine PIC
  • Must possess a valid first class medical certificate and ability to maintain
  • Must possess or able to obtain a current BOSIET or CW/HUET equivalent certification
  • Must possess a TSA TWIC Card and U.S. Passport
  • Must be able to work in the US and abroad
  • Must be willing to accept International assignments on rotation plus travel days
  • Two-year accident/violation free
  • Previous night offshore hoisting experience
  • 100 hours actual instrument time
  • 200 hours NVIS experience and 100 hours of night unaided preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1000 hours Maritime SAR experience, Prior US Coast Guard
  • 500 hours Maritime SAR experience in the S92
  • Ability to speak Spanish, French or Arabic
  • S92 Instructor Pilot, Check Airman
