R22 COMMERCIAL HELICOPTER MUSTERING PILOT
Single or couple’s opportunity.
Full-time/seasonal.

Kingsley’s Helicopters is a family-owned and operated contract helicopter mustering company based at Mt Mulgrave Station – located in Far North QLD, Australia.

Mt Mulgrave Station is a beef-producing property nicely situated between the iconic Mitchell and Palmer rivers that run water all year round, providing a lifestyle of camping, swimming, and fishing.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced R22 Commercial Helicopter Pilot to join the team at Kingsley’s Helicopters. We also have options for couples to apply with other flexible duties available for partners/families.

Reporting to the Chief Pilot/Owner, your primary responsibility is aerial stock mustering on a vast number of properties across the north. When not engaged in aerial operations, the successful applicant has the option to work on and operate machinery, including loaders, bobcats, trucks, graders and dozers. Additional duties can also include assisting with general day-to-day station activities, including working with livestock.

Successful applicants will always adhere to regulatory requirements and the company’s safety and operational standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CASA Commercial Pilot Licence Helicopter – CPL (H)
  • Aircraft class rating for Single-engine Helicopter (SEH)
  • Low-level rating with an Aerial Mustering endorsement
  • 1,000 hours of aerial mustering experience
  • 500 hours on type Robinson R22 helicopter
  • Current Class 1 medical certificate
  • Current Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
  • Valid and current Class C Motor Vehicle driver’s Licence or higher
  • Located in Australia with the legal right to work here.

Desirable Experience:

  • Machinery tickets
  • On-ground mustering and livestock handling skills
  • Experience riding motorbikes.
