For our subsidiary DRF Maintenance GmbH & Co. KG we are looking for support for our Base Maintenance at Wilhelmshaven with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

  • Carrying out maintenance work on aircraft and components as assigned
  • Release of aircraft after maintenance measures
  • Carrying out troubleshooting and minor repairs on aircraft as authorised
  • Carrying out checks and maintenance of the tool inventory and ground equipment
  • Reporting deviations from the specifications to the supervisor
  • Timely material planning and ordering as well as stock management

Your profile:

  • Aircraft Maintenance License CAT A
  • Experience in helicopter maintenance is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
  • Good knowledge of European and national aviation law
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work, also outside regular working hours
  • Willingness to travel for station duties and AOG support

Certifying Staff B1.3 (m/w/d)

For our subsidiary DRF Maintenance GmbH & Co. KG we are looking for support for our Base Maintenance at Wilhelmshaven with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

  • Assignment as responsible certifying staff
  • Carrying out maintenance work on aircraft and components according to assignment and instruction
  • Inspection activities on airframe and engine with type rating for helicopters EC155/AS365 and H145/D2/D3
  • Observance of time schedules
  • Planning and requesting the spare parts, tools and auxiliary materials required for the performance of the work
  • Regular checks of the tools provided for completeness and condition
  • Checking the validity of the calibration of the tools to be used, if applicable
  • Reporting deviations from the specifications and standards to the supervisor
  • Careful and complete documentation of the work carried out as well as the results of inspections and controls according to specifications
  • Adherence to standards of cleanliness and tidiness
  • Compliance with specifications:
    • on occupational safety and health protection
    • accident prevention
    • the maintenance operations manual (MOE)
    • operational procedures and work instructions
    • aviation laws, regulations and directives
  • Collaboration in the optimisation of workflows and processes in the maintenance organisation

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical training (ideally as an aircraft mechanic) or comparable training level
  • Aircraft Maintenance Licence CAT B1 according to EASA Part 66 AML B1.3 with type rating for helicopters of type BK117Series and/or EC155 / AS365
  • Basic knowledge of the relevant aviation regulations from Part-145 and Part-M
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative and a high quality standard
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Entrepreneurial and business management mindset
  • Resilient, assertive, communicative and flexible personality
  • Requirements for a valid background check according to LuftSiG § 7
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Good PC skills

  • Error analysis and troubleshooting on aircraft in base and line maintenance
  • Testing activities on avionics systems with type rating for helicopters EC155/AS365 and H145/D2/D3
  • Release of aircraft after maintenance measures
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with aviation law requirements and safety regulations
  • Material planning and ordering for the execution of delivered orders
  • Preparation of corresponding documentation and reports

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical training, ideally as an aircraft electronics technician, or comparable level of training.
  • A “Certifying Staff” licence in accordance with EASA Part 66 AML CAT B2/C
  • Basic knowledge of the relevant aviation regulations from Part-145 and Part-M
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative and a high quality standard

Compliance and Safety Specialist Part-145 (m/w/d)

For our subsidiary DRF Maintenance GmbH & Co. KG we are looking for support for our Base Maintenance at Wilhelmshaven with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

  • Support/deputise for the Part-145 Compliance/Safety Manager.
  • Carrying out audits within DRF Maintenance, at subcontractors and suppliers, if applicable
  • Monitoring/ follow-up of corrective actions
  • Support in the creation, maintenance, revision of the MOE, procedures and forms
  • Processing and management of safety messages in the SMS
  • Monitoring and maintenance of the technical employee file
  • Maintenance of data in the compliance/ SMS software

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed aeronautical training
  • Experience in line/base maintenance of aircraft desirable
  • Training as an auditor
  • Professional experience in the field of quality/compliance/safety management in an EASA Part-145 maintenance organisation desirable
  • Knowledge of the relevant aviation regulations, such as VO (EU) No. 1321/2014 (Part-145, Part-147, Part-66, Part-M and Part CAMO)
  • Good knowledge of computer programmes customary in the industry
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
