Blue Hill Helicopters is located just outside of Boston at Norwood Memorial Airport and operates a high-quality fleet of R44s and Bell 206 Jet Rangers. We provide professional flight training, scenic tours, and other commercial operations. Responsibilities
- Conduct flight training in accordance with FARs and BHH syllabus
- Lead intro flights and scenic tours around Boston and Cape Cod
- Prepare students for solo, check rides, and certification milestones
- Maintain accurate student and flight records
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing instructor standardization and evaluation flights
- Promote a strong safety and learning culture
- Represent Blue Hill Helicopters with professionalism and enthusiasm
Minimum Requirements
- FAA CFI – Helicopter
- Instrument Rating – Helicopter
- FAA Class 2 Medical Certificate
- R44 experience
- Minimum of 200 rotor hours
- Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA CFII – Helicopter
- SFAR 73 CFI Endorsement for R22 (R44 endorsement strongly preferred)
- +25 hours R44 experience
- Experience operating in Class Bravo or other complex airspace
- Background in customer service or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational habits and ability to work in a team setting
- Bell 206 experience
