B1.3 Engineer

UNI-FLY HeliworX operates a fleet of latest generation AW169 hoist equipped helicopters in support of the offshore energy sector. The Company conducts daily passenger and cargo hoist transfers for the world’s two largest offshore windfarms. Due to expansion within the business, UNI-FLY seeks to recruit additional Licensed B1.3 engineers for the Company’s main base at Humberside International Airport.

Role scope:

The B1.3 Engineer is responsible for the line and base maintenance of AW169 aircraft. They will work in a team of engineers under supervision of the Part 145 Manager, or their nominated representative.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The performance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft or components in line with Work Orders or instructions as detailed in the approved maintenance data, and in accordance with Regulatory, MOE or wider Company procedures.

Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

· 5+ years of rotary wing maintenance experience within an EASA or UK Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation.

· Hold a UK B1.3 Licence for Helicopter Turbine.

· Ideally hold an EASA B1 and/or B2 and C Licence for Helicopter Turbine as well.

· Ideally typed rated on the AW169 and/or AW139.

· Ideally with offshore, vibration monitoring and hoist systems experience.

· Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
